Day 10: Gradient Nails (31-Day Nail Art Challenge)

It's day 10 and it's time for gradient nails! For my base color, I used 2 coat of China Glaze Pelican Gray. Then I used 2 different blue polishes for my gradient. The lighter blue is China Glaze Hanging in the Balance. The darker blue is also from China Glaze, which is called First Mate.
I used a sponge to do the gradient. I put a little of Hanging in the Balance on a makeup sponge and then dabbed in onto my nails. After that I put a little of First Mate and also dabbed it onto my nails. There's a lot of different ways of achieving gradient nails but this technique works best for me because I can control the intensity of the polish applied on my nails.
